Covid-19 Precautions
It has always been Octavia’s mission to create a great experience while maintaining infection control as required by the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation. To eliminate cross-contamination, and to not compromise her clients’ or her own health, the following modalities are put in place:
- Clients will be asked to sanitize hands before treatment begins.
- Clients that are not receiving facials will be asked to wear mask during the entire session.
- Temperature will be taken via contactless thermometer (upon request).
- Medical mask and gloves will be worn by technician and discarded after each treatment.
- Air purification machines will be running during session.
- Treatment room will be thoroughly disinfected between appointments using hospital-grade virucidal chemicals and ultraviolet light.
In addition, Octavia’s Oasis is a private suite located in a secluded office building where there is very little foot traffic. Appointment times are staggered to ensure there will be sufficient time for disinfection between services.
